If my tissue is very small embryonic transparent that cannot transfer it by forceps its can be in eppendorf as pellet what should I do:-
1) put isopentane in container in liquid nitrogen and put eppendof that have the tissue in the isopentane
2) mix the embryos tissue with isopentane in the eppendorf and then emmerse it in the liquid nitrogen, in that case how to get red of the isopentane if it is necessary
