We live in Eagle Crest on the smaller lake. Very quiet and people are friendly. We are a mile and half from ISB and I4 entrance. LPGA is building up with businesses and restaurants. Car wash and FHCP are building here as well. Bucees and Tanger Outlets are down the road. There may be a plan to propose expanding LPGA and completely redoing the 95 on/off ramps soon.
We are all hoping for an expansion on LPGA and the on/off ramp. It is a great area as we can see by the amount of people moving to this area of Daytona Beach.
