That said it still has some fantastic moments

One thing that I am always surprised about is how people get shocked when they see Shikamaru spraying Kakauzu' blood precisely on Hidan's weapon. These are the reflexes that should be fully expected upon properly trained shinobi (that too from a shonen anime)

The city of Nara, Japan is famous for having free-roaming deer everywhere that are really familiar with tourists and bow to them. So I guess the Nara clan is inspired from the real place and so they have a connection to deer in the show.

Rasengan is very compatible with Wind element, also Kakashi try to create Rasengan(4-th Hokage was his teacher, of course Kakashi knew about Rasengan) with Lightning element - but he gained the Chidori, and after some time - Raikiri(more powerful version of Chidori) Boruto(Naruto's son) was able to add the Lightning element to the Rasengan, and he gained the Vanishing Rasengan
I first became a fan of Naruto due to video games, and got the half the story abridged through them. But I got a chance to watch the show later and this was the first arc I actually watched through. Needless to say, this is what ignited my love for anime as a medium and made me a true Naruto fan ever since.
I honestly feel this Arc is a 10/10 arc (prob my personal fav of all of Shippuden) and I think it just doesn't get the same love as others because it isn't Naruto or Sasuke focused.
Shikamaru is so fast that he can read movements, predict their trajectory and drip blood during a strike! Just a genius shinobi! All shinobi have some kind of sharingan, etc., but Shikomaru just knows how to slow down time and that’s all! Just a genius, just a genius! I REALLY enjoy the fact you guys picked up this show after watching modern master pieces like Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen.
I honestly feel this Arc is a 10/10 arc (prob my personal fav of all of Shippuden) and I think it just doesn't get the same love as others because it isn't Naruto or Sasuke focused.

Shikamaru is so fast that he can read movements, predict their trajectory and drip blood during a strike! Just a genius shinobi! All shinobi have some kind of sharingan, etc., but Shikomaru just knows how to slow down time and that’s all! Just a genius, just a genius!

19:41 its a great mindset, cause i was rushing through it (its really hard to stop when the show is this good) and i only realized that in 200/300 episodes and was like oh shit i don’t wanna end this WAIT but it was too late so i started watching it more partially and it was the best decision! first of all i’ve got enough sleep finally😂 and second of all it was just nice to watch it without the rush cause it was more painful with each episode to move in this direction of ending,, so yeah
