Great memories, the best time to follow, West Ham the entertainers, so many good memories, David Cross at Spurs, legend 4 goals at White Hart lane , still remember the nightmare waking up seven sisters , bricks and stones been thrown at us happy Hammers
What a great interview, thank you very much and thank you Pyscho. I was at the Tiblissi game as a kid and my shirt was a number nine with Psycho ironed on the back.
I too was in the West Stand on the upper tier that night against Tiblisi with my girl friends brother (Martin) - omg that was 40 years ago, they were so quick & explosive - I along with the crowd felt we had to appluad them off the park at the end because they were so good.
Yep I was there too in the North Bank.....greatest 90minutes any team has EVER played against us....one of those nights you never forget and the entire stadium clapped them off the pitch
Wow, super enjoyed that. (just found).. Just goes to show that football really hasn't come that far of along way since early 80s. Apart from ball ( that was heavy) and some rules, better pitches, Var. Some exceptional football back then just as good or if not better than todays modern game pansies. Jeez , what a beautiful game. ha 'X'
I was outside the ground for the casteillia home game. there was a tv van at the back of the south bank, which we was having g a sneak at the tv monitors inside it. tibillisi at home was a counter attack masterclass, something I'd never seen before. I reckon Psycho would have torn Draciula apart had they bumped in to each other
Loved it Len ... And spotted a Young Micky Pearce in the McVities ad ... lol
This really was our heyday. It was great to be a West Ham fan in the eighties.

Any chance of getting an interview with the unsung hero of 86, the legend George Parris. A gentleman who gave our club great service.
Bruno, Bruno, Bruno
Had the pleasure of being in his company several times. Really nice guy.
