Planning a Fall Vegetable Garden

Gardening 101 -Steps to design and plan a vegetable garden. In this video I share personal gardening photos, and take you through the steps of planning which include clearing out existing beds from last season's plants, choosing a location if you're putting in a new garden bed, discussing adding compost, picking the best location, measuring the area, styles of gardens, using reclaimed wood for a raised bed, picking plants or seeds, and watering methods.
This video is meant to be an encouraging visual for putting together a garden plan. Future videos in the Gardening 101 series will include how to physically plant the garden, how to make a compost pile, how to maintain your garden and specific plants, and many more!
