I lived and worked in Okinawa Japan from 2016 to the end of 2018 and drove a right hand drive car, of course driving on the left side of the road. I adjusted pretty quickly because it was all so ‘new’. Luckily it was an automatic (but a floor mount shifter), which was OK. It was more when I came back and that danged turn signal and wiper, they took a while to adjust back to it. And as a bonus, adjusting to higher speeds.
