Smoke Bomb Cooldown Tutorial - UO Outlands

In this video i go over how to set up the cooldown bar for the smoke bombs. Its not very straight forwards in game. I hope this helps alittle.

Smoke bombs don't work when flaged pvp do they?

pretty sure it doesnt work in the heat of battle. never really tired.

If you want to run this as a script you could do:
