Younger jukebox fans might not have an appreciation for just how amazing and accurate this arrangement is. I would highly recommend going and listening to the song on the “Teddy” album.
No lie, I had to go listen to the song and it’s AMAZING how organic this is to the original. To me, it makes this video that much more BETTER after listening to the original.

Brian is so great at writing but also understanding instrumentation. The right instrument playing the right sound at the right time. It makes it easier for the band to understand and play it with desire..Can't leave out the talent it takes as a player to be able to play the music.
Simmons knows this and understands what it takes to make you move and groove to the music. Well done Jukebox

I just randomly stumbled upon this. This is musicianship at it's finest. Balance, Pitch, Blend, Intonation, Precision, everything was on point. There's power behind it as well. SU woodwinds getting a little shine too. The Fall Season is going to be out of sight.

I've listened to the original arrangement by Thom Bell and Brian's arrangement. Wow !!! Brian's understanding of instrumentation really brought energy to this song by Teddy Pendergrass. Keep up the awesome work Human Jukebox.

Everyone should flood the board of supervisors meetings and request changes be made and put Mr. Simmons over the Juke. This the best the Juke has sound since Haymer. This is probably an unpopular #opinion but y'all better start showing up for these kids and SU.
Buboo if that happens then you can forget stuff like this, because he won't have the time as head to give you the best arrangements because he'd be tied down worrying about ,cost budget, discipline, shows and how to make money for the band. 🤫, So we just need to pay him more because he's already pseudo leading anyway!
