    What was your digestion like after your surgery? What is your diet like? How are you able to tolerate foods currently? I’m afraid of weight loss. What were your symptoms and how long had you been having them?

    • @PritchLife
      @PritchLife  7 дней назад

      There’s a very long back story before they said I’d need surgery. If you stroll through my videos there’s a two part story time which was titled being rushed to hospital after Walt Disney world which explains everything.
      To be honest i’m still not right and it’s still very hard with what I can and can’t eat. My diet is very plain and I eat things like mash potatoe / tomato soups/ vegetables/ chicken and that’s pretty much it. I have lost 3 stone in weight.

    Hi dear Sarah , hope you are doing well and had a lovely Christmas. 1st of all thanks very much for sharing video of removing your gallbladder. Next month I’m also having same surgery . I actually have polyp on my gallbladder and it’s growing that’s why I have been suggest from doctors to remove the gallbladder because polyps can be dangerous . Can you please tell me whether you had gallbladder polyp or gallstone ? And how are you feeling after removing your gallbladder? Is life normal without gallbladder? And when did you have the surgery?I am looking forward to hear back from you . Stay safe . Regards : ALI

      Hi Ali! I’m doing a lot better and had a lovely Christmas thank you for asking. Hope you had a lovely Christmas too.
      I didn’t have polyp on my gallbladder I had sludge which then turned to pancreatitis and an infected liver. 9 weeks before having surgery I had 3 gallbladder attacks which I’ve never had before in my life but then 2 weeks later I had pancreatitis which is life threatening hence why I had emergency surgery. ( Theres 2 videos on my channel explaining the series of events before the surgery)
      It’s now been 4 weeks since surgery and I haven’t had an attack but did experience sickness and diarrhoea for a few weeks. Now the only issue is one of my incisions is infected which is being monitored. I will do an updated vlog soon to explain everything since surgery in more detail ☺️

      @@PritchLife hi Sarah
      Thanks for reply. Can you please tell me what is your temporary diet after gallbladder surgery? Diet also can cause diarrhoea and sickness. I was watching some doctors video where they describe that patient can’t eat greasy food for Atleast 10 days. Kindly tell me how’s your appetite after surgery, Do u eat normal or don’t get much appetite after removing gallbladder? .. I will watch your another vlogs and will wait your new vlogs about updates on your life without gallbladder. You take care and have a lovely new year . May your all wishes come true in 2024….!x

    • @PritchLife
      @PritchLife  6 месяцев назад

      @aliwaly2581 Happy New Year! For the first week I was on soup and mash potato then gradually built up to other stuff. I wouldn’t recommend and greasy or fatty foods for a while after surgery as your body just needs to get use to the “new” way of working lol. I haven’t really had a great appetite since being ill so this could just be me x
