It took me a week to learn Cyrillic. Its cool to know how to read it, because even if you didnt know the language you could try to guess what loan words mean.

Hey Drew about these streaming platforms. Hulu are available only in USA and Disney+ at the beginning was also only in USA, UK, The Netherlands - now it's in few more European country but like from February or something. The same with Uber/Lyft. Lyft is only in USA/Canada. In Europe more popular is Bolt(and Uber ofc)
You should do gaming devices. Like xbox, playstation, maybe some Nintendo products, and others you choice.
In Russia we have kind of our own iMDB. Its name's Kinopoisk. And also it's the same name for ous streaming service.

Okay, i only recently subscribed to this channel, and it's already one of my favorites.
In Russia most people use VK for music (because it’s free), for communication, blogs and everything like that. Also many people use Yandex (it’s like Google but not at all) because you can use it to find something (like in Google), hire a taxi, there’s also “Yandex Food” (it’s like delivery club, but it’s more popular in Russia) and many other things. Also Viber is like WhatsApp but more comfortable (as for me), many people in Russia use this app. Btw there are many apps from the video that aren’t available in Russia or not popular because nobody wants to buy something that has free version (for example we have VK with free music, so not many people use Apple Music. We have free films in internet, so not many people use Netflix)

I don’t think most people would search “Wikipedia” and then once on Wikipedia they would search for “oranges” or whatever they are looking for with the Wikipedia search.
The reason Lyft isn't as close to Uber is because they don't launch their own app in countries outside US, they just partner up with companies already dominating in the market. For example, in China, they partnered up with DiDi and in India, they partnered up with Ola Cabs.

In fact, these statistics do not reflect reality well. At least about Russia, because we have many of our own analogs, which are mostly popular in post-Soviet countries. For example, almost no one here uses Facebook, because we have VK. Russian Yandex search engine is as popular as Google. Of the music streaming services in Russia, Yandex Music and Boom (both Russian) are now the leaders (Spotify does not even work in Russia, lol). The most popular email service will most likely be Mail RU or Yandex

I was shocked at first seeing facebook is not popular worldwide in these maps. I noticed it was based on being a website. Like here in Philippines, we use facebook MOSTLY IN CELLPHONES. as an app, not a website. RUclips was big in Philippines cause there are so many small and big local youtubers right here and they use PC for youtube cause it is where the videos were edited also. I think it is so very few people uses CPs to upload their videos right? that's the same thing with Twitter. It is really huge here but we use it more in CPs also

It's hard to be user of streaming platform in Poland, we have one third of content of US Netflix on our Netflix, even less on HBO, but we pay same price for it ;p and we don't have Disney+ at all xD because of localization you can't simply create an US account ;/

Viber was REALLY big in Greece(where I live) between 2009 and 2014. I think it's an EU thing.
Hulu is, so far I know, only in the USA. :)
Amazon also barely is in any country, it just started in the Netherlands for example.
And HBO is, in the case of my country, only avaiable at one provider.
