It's a good podcast. Mental health issues are part of our lives. We all face it in one way or another. Something I've learned about it is that, we may NEVER reach a point of 100 percent good mental health. So don't be hard on yourself. Be your best friend, correct yourself in a gentle way. Don't measure success based on what you see on social media, most of things are not what they seem to be. Success sometimes is being able to appreciate yourself. Be honest with yourself, love yourself always. Everyone is amazing in their own way.

I've watched the whole interview and I must say, Sean Andrew is a vibe, he has such a Zen energy about him. I hope he starts a solo podcast or one where he invites guests and they have a chat. Cheers guys! Also Tupac should consider making part of this podcast into shorts.

When you talked about Sean not having a problem with the guys who wanted a selfie, it brought me back to last year when i met him for the first time at this club in Westlands and I just went in for a hug after saying hi😬. I was hammered and star struck.
But he was so KIND and he SMILED BACK and said hi.
Felt so embarrassed when i woke up the next day, always wanted to apologize. And forget the whole embarrassing incident😢. Pole sana Sean.
