And if your reason is: "Well during the election primaries he showed his true colors by not supporting 100% of what Trump says", then you can't support Vance or basically anyone else either. Because does Vance support and like Trump now? Yes. And so does DeSantis. But Vance publicly didn't like Trump for years. The culture part isn't the most relevant part though, the actual problem is Vivek and Elon think of America as an idea/a market and they fail to see the US as a nation (a nation is a group of people with a shared history and a shared future). Vivek and Elon would sell out you and your family to hire a cheap foreigner so they can make more money.

He did say that it was not efficient compared to other work cultures, but he never collectively claimed all americans suffer from it. You may claim that america is a nation with shared history and future, but i think party differences in america are at the verge of separating america into ethnic groups. There's some good from inexperience and some bad. Now obviously if you're TOO inexperienced then you don't know anything at all but Vance is more experienced than that. But for example, Trump during his first term said what he regretted the most was that since he was inexperienced he let people around him dictate who he should trust and stuff, which hindered him a lot by picking the wrong people. But assuming Vance gets coached over that and other possible things during the next 4 years, I don't really see inexperienced as a downside.

    I think you should give more credit to Tulsi, she might have been a “young” Republican but she has done her best to balance the priority to the American people way back. To me she has demonstrated to be an American patriot, and I think that is one of the biggest test to pass for the MAGA movement. She should be more of a contender than Tucker imo, I like Tucker, I think Tucker unfortunately has found himself in a similar position that O’Reilly and Glen Beck found themselves in for beating their own drum that goes against the establishment. And Tucker could find himself in a potential Trump situation where finally there could be an acknowledgment to have the public warm up to him.
    In all honesty though I think Tucker is best doing what he is currently doing by continuing to have open unfiltered conversations to open the knowledge back to the people.
    Whereas I see Tulsi and Vance as the future for our party, as a millennial it is refreshing.
    Vivek has greatly disappointed me in this latest spat, I do hope that this event makes him rethink just how ludicrous his priorities have just nearly shattered MAGA before we even got started. The funny thing is he needs to examine the isn’t our culture but how it has been perceived in the last 70 years or so. We are a country of immigrants or of immigrant backgrounds (mostly) that had the culture to build a country, what the people want to fix is our values of home, family, and the pursuit of liberties. Once you ask for more H1B visas, then it could lead to dangerous territory to uncap it, and that will end the chance we have to fix our country. He needs to self examine this before he gets back into the conservatives to be comfortable with him.
    As for RKF Jr, I think what he is going to do under Trump’s presidency is what his calling is and he will now have the chance to work on what he has wanted to do for a long time. He didn’t seem to be interested in presidency till it came at a point when he felt powerless to do anything, but from what we can tell, he never had the same desire for presidency but to focus on the health of the country. I am glad MAGA is giving him that chance and we are grateful for what he has done to support us in return.

    Hot take: I feel like people cant complain that America isn’t at its best right now but slander someone who says it’s a culture issue. It quite literally is a culture issue. Kids of ethnic backgrounds are more likely to work harder. That’s why we see Asian Americans earn the most, compete in competitions. Vivek was onto something on that, American culture isn’t at its finest and it’s certainly too entertainment based, if we want to keep up with other nations. I mean Charlie Kirk says there’s an issue in black culture just fine but nope, we can’t say ANYTHING about American culture. (No disrespect to Charlie Kirk ofc). Make America Great Again eh? If Vance is the nominee in 2028 the VP candidates I see are Byron Donalds, Tulsi Gabbard, Josh Hawley, or Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Vivek won’t be able to be Vance’s running mate because they are both from Ohio and it’s in the constitution that the candidate and running mate can’t be from the same home state unless one of the moves out of the state.

  • @S0nyToprano
    @S0nyToprano 5 дней назад +2

    Just an FYI - a president who served 2 terms cannot become vice president. The constitution actually addresses that issue. So there’s no way Trump could get a third term unless you literally amended the constitution. And nobody who’s serious has any stomach for that. George Washington set a fine example: 2 terms. Let’s keep it that way in perpetuity.

    • @StrayTato
      @StrayTato 5 дней назад

      I do believe there was a president that served multiple consecutive terms, adding onto it, I think there's a loophole for presidents who've had non-consecutive terms, as Bannon pointed out.

    • @S0nyToprano
      @S0nyToprano 4 дня назад

      @@StrayTatothere wasn’t. Grover Cleveland served 2 non-consecutive terms. Theodore Roosevelt ran for a third term in 1912 but he split the republican ticket and Woodrow Wilson won. FDR was elected to 4 consecutive terms and died right at the start of his 4th term. Other presidents have considered a 3rd term but did not follow through out of deference for Washington’s precedent. The constitution was amended not long after FDR’s death that a president could only serve 2 terms whether consecutive or non-consecutive. The only technical work around is if a VP became president in the second half of the presidents term. In that case, they would still be eligible for 2 full terms. There’s no work around for Trump to get an additional term after his elected one ends in Jan 2029. Unless, again, the constitution was amended (it won’t). It’s a non-starter of an idea and plus, he will be in his early 80s by then and it would be really nice if we had a president after the fact that was at least younger than 65.
