There is no one perfect boat. Each type has a purpose.
Good advice , living in The west and fishing lots of different rivers the apps they were talking about come in very handy . Many times were fishing unknown water so it’s good to be able to see the take outs , which side of the river there on , where they are and let you know when your approaching them . Rafts vs Drift boats age old debate, I have both . Rafts good for like he said primitive boat launch’s and rivets at low flows with lots of rocks . I think the most Important things that were discussed are have you boat and gear ready so when you launch your not blocking the ramp at either put in or take out .#1 rule Bow to danger . Thanks for the video
Heck yeah Stealthcraft. I love mine best drift boats out there!!
Love the videos. Definitely cool seeing you drift by that day.
Stealthcraft!!! I love those boats, best there is.
You have to practice launching the boat with a bunch of people laughing at you and yelling at you at the same time😂
🤣Right?? Best to do it with buddies to catch their harassment before strangers haha
Have had to swallow my pride on that section more times then id like to admit!
No doubt! It's a tricky spot some days!
that particular area has the best third party shuttle..his name is Dennis and is a LOC DAWG to that area.
Hi, currently I have 2 Aluminum row boats a 12' Starcraft and a 14 Mirro-Craft. These boats get rowed on a regular basis how would a Stealhcraft say a 14' Ransom compare I understand it would more nimble but would the same styles be close ? I would love a Stealthcraft in my arsenal.
Nice video. Maybe I missed it but it would be nice to mention what boat you are using and what river you are on. Features of the boat you are using that you find useful, etc...when fly fishing.
It’s a Stealthcraft. I float one and am an ambassador. They’re made in Baldwin Michigan near the historic Baldwin Creek and Pere Marquette Rivers. They are the best boats…durable, light, and most importantly, maneuverable.
is that a takeout before haystack?!?
Sorry if you mentioned it. Aftermath or ransom?
Nah, Cadillac vs 4Runner.
You need life jackets… because you never know what the day.. or night may bring
