Why don't compare it with Forest wood?
If the average PSF is above 2500, it’s not worth buying.
Maybe 2.3k psfis reasonable.
Constructive criticism... Maybe show slides full screen so we can see info clearer, esp on the phone. We don't really need to see your faces when you show slides.
Also, first few minutes of plugging the show is just too long, and additional plugging by telling "stories". It's too much. Don't need to. We know you provide services.

Prices are very high and sales have slow down. Economy is also uncertain. I can only say, there is downward pressure on prices.. that does not means prices will definitely drop
Also, the recent price increases was caused by Covid 19 and may not be sustainable
