Anstruther 08 09 2021

A fishing trip a couple of days ago to Anstruther where we managed to get quite a few fish. Pity it was a lot of small coalfish but at least we did manage to get a hold of a few wrasse which was the target species. Another lovely day out and got a bit more tan on my arms lol. Mainly worm baits got the fish. Hope you enjoy this video.

Thank you, Anstruther is a lovely place hundreds of holiday makers can't be wrong. I like all the small towns along that coast ,Pittenweem, Crail, Cellardyke etc.

Gd video some nice fish. I have caught a big scorpion off the other peer at Anstruther years ago

Think the biggest ones i have caught have been of Methil Docks.

That was a well worth session even with the small colies at least you were catching and a lovely sun set to finish with till the next one tight lines. Am thinking we have the red lighthouse back so it won’t sound so daft saying your on the red pier with a white lighthouse lol

That boat belongs to a pal of mines 👍 Fished off 'Aye Ready' (his other boat) dozens of times. He`s had boats moored there for about 40 years now I guess, since Dysart/ Kdy area became pretty barren.
