what an impressive person Donnacha Dennehy with no vanity and great imagination to have thought of remembering the Famine in this way. i wish i could hear the music and will look out for it. My family were the Dillons who lived at Loughglynn in Co.Roscommon and they had a Catholic agent called Mr.Strickland and I have been told that they were good landlords but what an overwhelming and tragic subject . very best wishes that lots of people will be able to hear this musical account i love sean nos but am n exile in Bearla -oh dear...
