@@Nisha.Unfiltered Certainly true about the Soy if you have allergies to it but for those who don't it's questionable that it's unhealthy because there is evidence that it has anti cancer abilities reducing the risk of both prostate and breast cancer. And in China and some other Asian countries they have been eating it for centuries without issues.

You probably had to drain the water out more and maybe Pat the jackfruit dry with paper towels. Try that next time.
