With the way you are growing your business you are quickly going to be joining the deep pocket crew. Live to watch you with the kids. Hello to Lizzy and Jock.
Hi Cammie. You can tell you're a lovely person, Because everyone you interacted with had a big smile on there faces and was ready to have a chat and a laugh. Give Lizzie and Jock a hug from me. You really have a smashing lassie and son there 👍👍🐑🐑🐑👍👍
Extremely interesting to see how sheep are sold there in Scotland! I loved every bit of it. In Canada we don't have sales like that for breeding stock of various ages. Love the kids and the wonderful accents too🙂😉😆
I'm always impressed by the sale barns you go to. They're clean, bright, organized, equipment is kept up, people are friendly, the animals are clean, and it's pretty quiet for all that's going on. The ones I've been to here are always dark, dirty/muddy, the pens are practically falling apart, nothing is organized, the animals always look terrible, the people are rude, just such an awful atmosphere. I wish they were all like the ones you show.
It's on my bucket list to own some wool/roving/yarn from Cammy and fammy. For this reason, I fully support him owning all the sheep (and maybe alpaca).
Nice one Cammy. Bummer about the spent fuel, but great video. I really enjoyed your banter with all the farmers, old and young, but the young ones are definitely cuter.
I'm just an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader but it's crazy that they remember you. I live by a Junior and two Senior Schools and I get kids shouting my name across the road when they see me. Just a few moments for you is a lifetime memory for them ☺
Hi Cammy! I'm visiting Dagestan this week and seeing lots of sheep here (everywhere), so fun to see how different they can be, with long fatty tails and fluffy heads, those are types I was used to before watching your channel, now I see Scottish sheep as a standart.)
Greetings from Northern California!! You are always a pleasure to see. Never dull, always informative and entertaining. Just curious, how many sheep are you running now? How many did you start with and how long ago? If these questions are too personal I will understand. Stay well!! 03/27/23 11:03 pm PDT
Love watching you with the kiddos.❤❤Jock & baby on the way are lucky 🍀 to have such a great parents! The sheep are so beautiful! Love the way they jump over nothing. 😂 Maybe you have said this before, but what breed is your favorite to own? Thank you for another great video!
Oh well! you canny win them all Cammy, but maybe it gave you some thoughts on what you might do at this time next year. Great insight at what happens at the market at this time of year. 👍 For the non Scots: Blether means having a talk or chat with someone. Just in case you weren't 100% sure: Faither means Father. 😀
A boy Cammy another good video 👍🏻. You have great ewe lambs you should definitely consider breeding them or selling as breeders. You could buy a new tup especially for covering the ewe lambs.
OMG I thought he had a ferret poking out his hoodie 🤣 that aside what a lovely bunch of sheepies in this auction. Also much more relaxed and less stressed that sheepies in the other auctions.
So many people think that ewes are done lambing at four years but I had our matriarch of the herd have triplets in her 9th year! She should go another two lambing’s before we pasture her.
You should set up a discord page for the sheep game, where everyone constantly shares the prices of all the different sheep at the different mart’s so your all over the buying and selling game cammy! Love the mart videos mate 🤘
I wonder if you can help me. My husband and I currently live in the US and we have a small flock of katahdin/dorper sheep. We are wanting to move to Ireland or Scotland and I want to start up a new flock. Our sheep are pretty docile and will follow me around the pasture like pets. I don't know a lot about sheep in the UK so I was wondering if you would know of a sheep breed that would suite my needs. I love my connection with my sheep so something docile and friendly would be a top priority. Hair sheep would be preferred but not a deal breaker. Hopefully you can help me. But if not, thank you either way.
Have you considered selling bred ewe lambs, or is that something done in your neck of the woods. I sold my ewe lambs bred and always got a premium, but sold right on the farm, so no auction fees, either and less stressful for the sheep.
Interesting how they only keep £190 ewes for one crop. I would have thought better to get at least two seasons if bought to improve a herd before passing them along in sale. Is that normal?
Hey Cammie, I was looking for a way to donate to your cause, but all I saw was patreon. Do you have a pay pal site to make a direct payment to you? Let me know. Thanks
Hi Pete, You are very generous but even buying some merch from the website is a big help to us and it means we can give you something back in return. Really appreciate the offer.
A bit of an ignorant question, what is the difference in the sheep you sold last video and the ones you may have bought in this one? You mention it but I don't quite understand. Edit: I watched again. Are the ewes full instead of crosses?
Hate they pens they are very tight the sheep can't even move 💚iam a sheep lover and I hate everyone that eats lamb or mutten 💚love your vlogs cammy hope lizzy is well too x

Haha can't wait for that Lesa
Can't wait for lambing season.

A fun video Cammy, enjoyed the kids being interviewed, very cute.

I can confirm that the patreon videos are great! If supporting in that way is within your means, I recommend them!
Really cool to see the full vlog after seeing the shorter Patreon video. Loving all of the content Cammy.
Glad you enjoy it!
So good with the kids... Just remember how much they look up to you it's a tough place to be buddy!
Cheers Matt. Always try and make time for them as I know it's such a big deal to them especially getting on the vlog!

Found you through Sandy in Canada and love every video 💙
Thanks Fiona!
That pen looked like Romney cross Possibly. Lots of those here down south!
Yeah i think that's more like it
I can vouch that the patreon videos are great fun and great value for your money.
Your so good with the kids ,seeing the cows at the end I thought you were going to buy some
Not till i get my own farm Sara =D
What cute kids! And smart, too! Great job, Cammy!
Cammy for the win. I appreciate you! I also rejoined your Patreon!!!! ♥️
Awesome video! Enjoyed the sale. Thanks for going even though you didn’t buy!
Hi Cammy, nice looking sheep. Thanks for showing us all of this. Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤️ ❤
Great video Cammy and great sheep on show at the market 👌
Can’t stop watching your videos! Love em!
Great video Cammy,- and you are right, you have to be in it to win it. 👍🏻❤🐑
Thanks Tracey!
Love listening to your banter! Don’t understand but love it all the same.

The Scotch Mule for me 😄. And thanks!
Thanks, Cammy!
the pop-up (jack-in-the-box) sheep is hilarious. effective.
The banter is the best part! 🤭
Tex x mule with a texel x beltex tup is a brilliant cross, the lmbs are the bomb.
The kids you talk to are sooooo cute.
Good luck 👍🤗

Please continue to post on RUclips, I don’t do Patreon. I enjoy your videos and want to continue watching them Cammy!!!!! Please
Don’t worry we’ll still have 2-3 per week on RUclips. It’s just wee extras on Patreon.
So many people think that ewes are done lambing at four years but I had our matriarch of the herd have triplets in her 9th year! She should go another two lambing’s before we pasture her.
They are all so pretty ❤
Naw those store Cattle ❤
Yo yo yo! Hows it goin? gonna get watching
good man!
Great video as always Cammie
You should set up a discord page for the sheep game, where everyone constantly shares the prices of all the different sheep at the different mart’s so your all over the buying and selling game cammy! Love the mart videos mate 🤘
Thanks Colin. Most marts post their prices each day so we can follow the trade. Problem is it can change drastically each day.
@@TheSheepGame I figured you could get some insider trading happening 🤪 I love it how you post the prices and your average 👏👏
We'll "bleat" that out, lol!
I think those ones you said were texel cross dorsets were romneys
I think ur right!
110 ,those texels would be perfect.
Last year I would've known a good sheep from a hole in the ground. Now I see what you mean about those absolute belters!
🤣 a great phrase thanks
@@TheSheepGame I live in California. I think I'm going to start a sheep ranch. A small one for retirement income. Come and help me start one!
Looked like Romneys
Yeah I think ur right!
The texel cross dorsets look like highlander sheep
I want this sheeps .
Those ewes looked like Galway sheep, breed native to galway in Ireland
Sorry you didn't get any ewes this time Cammie, but it was delightful seeing the sale! A really great distraction from election madness.

What are the color marking on the sheep's back? Do certain colors mean certain things? Asking from Geneseo Illinois USA
great video
You had me at "miserable day" but we didn't get to see you working in it :(
What software are you using to edit your videos Cammy? Just interested in what the pros use on RUclips.
Question when you say the sheep were "correct" and "stuffy" what did you mean? I can guess, but I'm uncertain as someone who doesn't deal with sheep.
Correct means her udder and teeth are all good. Stuffy just means solid and healthy looking.
@@TheSheepGame I'm glad I asked because I definitely thought that stuffy meant fleshy or chubby. 😄
What do you mean by "stuffy looking sheep"? Or am I mishearing you. 🤣
Solid, healthy looking 🤣
@@TheSheepGame Ah! That makes sense!
What price did the 46kg ewe lambs make? great vid as always Cammy.
£110 i believe.
you could have left the bleeps in, I don't think half of RUclips would have understood it
Have you considered selling bred ewe lambs, or is that something done in your neck of the woods. I sold my ewe lambs bred and always got a premium, but sold right on the farm, so no auction fees, either and less stressful for the sheep.
I keep all my own mules out my hill sheep so only sell prime lambs. 😁
That wasn’t £170 for Scottish mules was it 😳 good money
Who left the Irn Bru tin on the post!!!!😅😅
I want a sheep
Interesting how they only keep £190 ewes for one crop. I would have thought better to get at least two seasons if bought to improve a herd before passing them along in sale. Is that normal?
No, the farmer was selling off his sheep flock so not a normal thing to do.
@@TheSheepGame Thanks for the response Cammy. Have an awesome day.
Is there a pink womans size 22 or 24 jumper available please x
If you drop a wee email to thesheepgame@outlook.com then Lizzy would sort you out. 😁
How ewe doing
Feeling a bit sheepish 😄
👍👍😁

Can you buy them yes
Can eye ask what a TUPP IS?...
A ram 😁
So one crop means these ewes have already proven fertility?
yeah 😁
@@TheSheepGame txs
You bought those Cheviots for crazy money last year and wouldn’t go to €168 for those beauties 😱
Yeah but that was silly like u said and there was only 12 of them😅.
A bit of an ignorant question, what is the difference in the sheep you sold last video and the ones you may have bought in this one? You mention it but I don't quite understand.
Edit: I watched again. Are the ewes full instead of crosses?
The ones i sold in last video were lambs bred for their meat. These are adult ewes and ideal for breeding. No ignorant questions here 😁 ask away 👍
You have a frighten look on your face !!
I wish I could afford a patreon subscription.
Cammie, do people dump bad ewes at these sales? It seems it would be a danger if you’re buying 3 year olds.
Not often but yes some people might.
Hey, you miss 100% of the deals you aren't ringside for
That famous Michael Jordan quote 😁
Hate they pens they are very tight the sheep can't even move 💚iam a sheep lover and I hate everyone that eats lamb or mutten 💚love your vlogs cammy hope lizzy is well too x
No such thing as a “traditional” Scotch Mule! They are all Scotch Mules!!
aaaah I knew it would upset some folks 😁
