That was super helpful. My wheels are fine, but the side pins on the corners, that hold the wheels in place and down against the track, broke off. So now the screen door is sliding on the frame. Thanks! Now I know how to put in new corners.
If a screen door uses a 1" inch upper roller, will the bottom roller use a 1" roller as well? And is this the case if the upper roller used is 1-1/4, will the bottom use 1-1/4" as well? I need to replace the 2 top and 2 bottom rollers. I hope I dont have to replace corners. I dont think I have to change them. Thanks
How do corners fail? My wheel looks fine but still doesn't hold up the door. Could the corner screw not be hitting the flat of the wheel so that it isn't raising? Replacing the wheels did not fix the problem. It would help to see what a bad part looks like.
The wood keeps the mallet from marring the finish on the door and distributes the force of the mallet strike over a wider area allowing for easier removal.

Short and to the point 🙏
How do you put the screen back?

We do this too. Welcome enquiry👏👏
Now how do I put the wheels in and the screen back on????
We have a video here: ruclips.net/video/NGihG4Q4Wbs/видео.html That shows how to get the rollers back on.
@@PrimeLineHowTo That video link you provide only shows how to get the wheels back on it does not show how to get the screen back on.
What bout the rollers ?
Please see this video for roller installation: ruclips.net/video/NGihG4Q4Wbs/видео.html
Curious - why not just use a mallet? Is block of wood better?
