What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
• Autonomous - spontaneous, self-governing, with or without control
• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

But, with my anxiety, and lack of self confidence, I don't know if I got what it takes. However, I will let you know, if I decide to give it a try. And, I also listen to Jeannie B. She is wonderful.🥰 Mary, from Southern ASMR Sounds, is amazing too. And for a different flavor, I also enjoy listening to Nance, from Buckeye Bigfoot, and Leslie, from Cryptids Canada. These lovely ladies are wonderful narrators. But, with the sound of their voices, their channels could very easily double, as asmr. Not saying that, I believe in the existance of Bigfoot. But I DO BELIEVE, there are things, living deep in the woods that, the human race, is NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE. Love you, sister😘💋🥰🤗❤️☮️✨

My mum is 50 next year and she's got arthritis in her legs and sciatica she can hardly walk and is unable to work. being the only child I try my best to take care of her though I have 3 kids and a husband I try my best🥰

Ugly? You are fearfully and wonderfully made! (Psalm 139:14). How can beauty be an objective concept if it is ever changing depending on perspective, cultures, regions, trends, etc? It is subjective and a social construct, meaning no one is ugly just as no one is incredibly beautiful, we simply exist as how we were created. We attract some, and others not, but either way, we remain who we are.
