One of my personal favourite scenes from this episode is when the Sailors choose to believe in what Sailor Moon is doing and use their powers to prevent the Omega Zone from expanding any further into the city. The music fits the drama perfectly. (Unlike the English dub which spoils the dramatic moment with voiceovers.)
This is the same music used in the 2nd season (Sailor moon R) when Chibiusa uses her time key to time travel everyone to the future. With her prayer to the god of times Cronos, it gives me goosebump every single time! ruclips.net/video/4HzEuHhWx1E/видео.html
The animation here is actually of the most beautiful in the series. They had the same vibe in next season SuperS as they were about face Nehelenia and the Quartet. But it is no where near as hauntingly beautiful as this.
