I think adding the extra 7 mins on was more than fair enough, to make up for the AI planes that didn't drop their bombs when they were supposed to; because if they had dropped their bombs, the mothership would've been killed a lot earlier.

The ship carries a complement of Dassault Rafale M and E-2C Hawkeye aircraft, AS365F Dauphin Pedro, EC725 Caracal and AS532 Cougar helicopters for combat search and rescue, as well as modern electronics and Aster missiles. That probably would’ve deforested the Aliens
In the movie they had shields we couldn't get past. I wonder how a microwave weapon would have effected them. It would have cause interference in their Shields I believe. A powerful microwave like the one used to guide hawk missiles.
Maybe try a different revenge video but using older tech as you used up all of your new stuff in the first video. Also could use b52s carrying nuclear weapons as a last resort.
I'd think with thousands of years in advance technologically they'd not have to worry about almost every kind of weaponry that has any kind of tech or guidance. Dumb kinetics, lasers, chemical reaction and of course nuclear reaction would be effective if it can get to them before they get out of the way.
I know this was a bit of fun, but consider what capabilities the aliens would have. The ability for its fighters to work in space, in much denser atmospheres of other worlds and maybe even submersible. It’s armour would be made of exotic material and maybe impervious to small air to air missiles. The ability to fly in high gravity as well as zero g means excessive manoeuvring capabilities. After all, it’s taken vast resources to bring these fighters to Earth which are a finite resource. It would be remiss of the aliens to bring easily destroyed fighters. Imagine how many humanoid aliens it would actually take to conquer, hold territory and enslave the human race. Each one has to be brought across light years of space (or a step away if using parallel dimensions).

it would be cool if someone would get the T.I.E. fighters fixed with somewhat "realistic" performance. they're not supposed to be great in-atmosphere, and have the drag profile of a brick. so at low altitude they are limited to a max of 650kts, but should be hypersonic at high altitude as they can go from the ground to orbit without issue and in space their engines can push them at 4000 g's. so at low altitude they would be slow but incredibly maneuverable. the very lack of aerodynamics combined with a huge p/w ratio and thrust vectoring engines would mean they could bleed off speed, change direction, and accelerate back in no time.

You know how one-sided it is when we make WWII fleets fight against modern fleets with 80+ years of innovations? That's about how it should go except way worse. If aliens can get here, there's no telling how far ahead of us they are.
The first thing I noticed in the previous attempt was that the target was too far away from the fleet. You were never going to inflict enough damage in time given the distance, no matter how ideal the conditions were.
