- This installation is specific to 6th Gen Honda Accords including 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 model years, but this radio will fit any Double DIN specific application.

The harness adaptor you bought is conected to the the new stereo just by matching colors or do I have to look for specific wires regardless of the color?

Is the '98 accord's radio antenna the "universal" jack that fits into most of these unit's radio input? The instruction on mine says I may need an adapter but you didn't mention the '98 accord needed one. Thank you!

Hi there just added the bracket, USB and connector to the Description for this video if you'd like to take a look thanks so much. I will note that if you call Crutchfied they will wire the radio to wiring connector for you for a fee and this will then be plug and play. My 98 Accord has Pioneer 4 oHm speakers. Can those stay or would it be ridiculous? *They sounds damned fine w/ the radio. cassette factory piece.
We used the factory speakers and they sound great with the Jensen radio 😊

Where did you wire in the usb?
Thanks for watching! We wired this into a keyed hot/positive wire and a ground so when the key turns on it provides power to the USB port to power the dashcam 👍

Yes you can - we installed a backup camera on this same car and have a video of it you can watch on our channel 😊
