Same is the case of Signature Global City-81. I had booked the unit in September’21 and as per BBA, possession was expected in Feb’24.
Still construction of my unit is around 55% completed and am not expecting my possession as sooner than December’2025.
I had directly purchased my unit from signature global team member and no Chanel partner was involved.

M3M/SW89 is running on-time as per RERA completion date which is September 2025. It's the responsibility of the buyer to check official documents rather than trusting verbal statements by CPs/RE agents. It's wrong on agents' part to promise false/incorrect timeline, however, as it's the buyer's hard-earned money, they should also complete due diligence before making huge capital investments.

Construction quality of Signature global is pathetic. I've personally visited their floors in Sohna. There are visible cracks and the plaster is coming of from the pillars. And they'll be delivered in 6 months.
