As someone who doesn’t have a baby, but are starting to knit for other babies, thank you for this! It’s super useful to know what parents actually find practical

Wowww that dog wall hanging/blanket is absolutely stunning!!!! Thank you for the recommendations, I have just moved to a very cold winter climate (which I am not used to) - these hints have been great

Ok, so it seems that I've found a knitting podcaster who has something valuable to say, who gets to the point, and is easy to listen to - that's you! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I'd love to knit baby knits in lace or in more than one colour. Do you have any "how-to" videos for this? I know other people do, but I generally struggle to listen to American accents or people talking with upward inflections or blabbering on about unimportant things. You're different from that and I'd love to learn from you. :) Thanks again for your posts.

Oh Thank you so much for your kind words! I don’t have any how to videos for those, I’m afraid. But if you’re a visual learned I’d recommend checking out the videos from Kimmie Munkholm! They’re all in danish, but they’re really well made and easy to follow just by watching 🩷 I hope to make a few how to videos with my own favourite techniques, but everything takes so much longer to plan and film with a one year old 😅

It was interesting to see all the babyknits 🥰
You talked about the ribbed pants in the new Sandnes release, I found out when I planned to buy a booklet from a new release (for bigger kids though) that they only sell the patterns as single patterns now instead of a complete booklet.
So you can probably get just one pattern now instead of the whole booklet 😄

Yes that is so helpfull! They released that option after I filmed the video, which is kinda funny. But I’ll totally start buying single patterns from Sandnes now.

I'm expecting my first and really appreciated this! Although I live in a much warmer place than you, you've given me some great ideas for dressing my winter baby. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences.

Takk for en koselig strikkestund 😊 Her vært på babystrikkkjøret selv i det siste. Nydelig anledning når søskenbarn får barn.

Takk for nyttig video!

Can you please tell me how you Iron in those tags?? Because a lot of the things I make cannot be ironed according to the wooltags... and I really love this idea!!!

I buy tags that’s specificly for this 😍 They’re usually used as name tags for kids in kindergarden/school. I just order them with different text. They come with a small sheet of what’s basically baking paper/parchment paper that you use inbetween the lable and the fabric. If you want to have a look I order them from navnelapper.no ❤️ they’re incredibly handy!
