Well, it certainly is respected and kept CLEAN by the people of Maramag Bukidnon! This isn't just a small market... this is a big transport hub in the middle of the Province that caters to a lot of supplies and goods...
AND YET IT IS SO CLEAN YOU CAN EVEN LAY ON THE FLOOR!
I came here four years ago... and it literally looks the exact same now! These Filipinos in Mindanao really do a fantastic job at keeping their home clean! Definitely a comfortable place to stop while travelling through Bukidnon!

I remember when this market went viral four years ago. I took a photo "sleeping on the floor" at that time (to emphasize its cleanliness)... And it is SO COOL THE LOCALS MAINTAINED IT SINCE! Literally the wet market floor looks the same!

♥️ kulas, i really do appreciate everything that you do...but amping kanunay...and also one thing, i think you are the most perfect advocate to spread the news regarding why its a big NO to catching and selling Parrot fish..i am very sad that these species are being caught in our waters (yes lami siyang isdaa) but the Filipino people should be made aware/educated how these certain specie of fish is vital to the growth/repair or our coral reefs and shores. I know some platforms has already been made by a minor population of environmentalists, but you buddy, is a great influencer please please, it would be a great help to add one more reinforcement in spreading the word, one merkado that you visit at a time, so people would be educated...♥️♥️♥️ Power on 💪
