@@Karanthaneos Malzahar didn't do anything of that sort. Kog'maw itself manifested in Icathia and was drawn to Malzahar, while Cho'gath is just a void being that manifested (its bio is just 2 short paragraphs). And have Cho'gath and Kog'maw done anything worthwhile?

Do some of you know firepunch? What if brand would have still some sort of consciousness because he is forever burning, but is also immortal. The eternal burning flames keep him awake because of the constant pain and he is just waiting till the end of time with no cure whatsoever.

I'm curious if you'll ever grade individual skins? I think this could help your shorts and you can tell us if the skin improves or is worse than the champion's base design. For an example, you've already said Queen Ashe is better than base Ashe.
It sucks that he has such a plane design because he has some of the greatest lore riot ever created. And sadly mone of it shows through his design or voice lines. Poor Kegan deserves better.
Should have leaned on the pirate theme instead of retconing it. He makes demon noises when using abilities but makes pirate puns and complains about burning the ship or water evaporating when running around.
Eh, I'd disagree with "Utterly Bland" being associated with the grade of "D". I'd reserve D's for character designs that have outright problems, but aren't as bad as Ashe or Kai'sa, keep C's for "Bland, I don't hate it but blah." and B's for "It's bland... but okay." But yeah, League of Legends Brand is a rather bland character design. Now, the skins that are based on him... that's where things get interesting. If this series ends up being worth your time and effort, and something to continue in the future, it might be an interesting idea to do a future series of shorts where you look at the base characters from the point of view of "Where can this concept go?", because the concept of "Fire Mage" leads to some of the most interesting Skins out there.
