You don't have to be iiser student or IIT students to get scholarships in PhD in foreign countries. Get good ranks or marks in exams like IIT jam, cuet , UGC NET, gate . Then give gre exam of USA TOEFL or IELTS for English proficiency You will get scholarships

CSIR rank has no relation with Phd abroad and toefl and some English proficiency exams are optional for Phd . They are compulsory for bachelors and masters . Not for phd. And not only CSIR , GATE IITJAM etc exams has no relation with phd abroad. Noone is gonna give you scholarship on the basis of this. Get AIR 1 and noone will call you until you meet their requirements which is not at all CPI or qualifying Indian exams with flying colours.Their selection criteria is entirely different.

Didi i need some guidance i am a thrid year dropper passed 12th in december 2021 from jkbose(J&K) usually u are eligible for only 2 drop years in iiser. But i read somewhere you can apply for it if u passed from j&k in 2021.Am i still eligible can i fill the form.

No no it's allowed if you get !! Many people have applied let's see who gets this year. Though I didnt apply. There are some restrictions on college like these are the only colleges you should apply in.
