Bengals mightve pulled off a potential starter in rd 7. 25 eventually. Should beat out Hill for back up easily. Haven't had a 7th rd starter since Houshmandzadeh over 20 years. A 6th rd starter. I don't remember any. 5th rd? Uzomah in 15. Hopefully we can end these exercises in futility.
As far as why Caelen Carson fell it probably is again partly due to injuries. I guess he’s been banged up a lot. Brugler had him 102 on his board, but added he missed 11 of WF’s last 30 games and “needs to prove he can stay healthy and be on the field a full season”.
Don’t know how true it is, but I heard Mahogany was falling partly cause of the knee. Was surprising to me that Eagles brought him in for a top 30 visit (usually guys they draft) and then passed on him 6 times on the 3rd day alone.
Feel like if khristian Boyd had some more length to him he would be recognised more but man he’s got some talent, imo he was a steal for us especially needing youth at that spot
Not sure if Javon Baker is a steal at 110 most projections had him going late second to 3rd rd so I don’t know if that qualifies but I think he is going to greatly out perform his draft slot

My #1 deep sleeper this year was GT TE Luke Benson -- far and away the fastest and strongest TE in the Draft at 6.4 233lb with 4.43 speed -- currently listed as TE/FB and 2nd FB with the Chargers -- all of deep sleepers over the last 5 years are on NFL rosters.
Absolutely loved that mahogany pick. Lions guards are good but our oldest players. Now we get a steal where mahogany will be able to develop and learn but still is talented enough to be amazing depth for when injuries happen.
@robe2504 I doubt we'll ever find out for sure but guys like Brady, AB, and Jason kelce all fell to the 6th. I don't expect or think it's fair too expect him to be a hof player but sometimes teams miss. I'm hoping he becomes a solid starter
Cam hart is a steal for the chargers because he'll be their #1 corner and I'm going to keep saying this he held Marvin harrison Jr in 2 games 2022 and 2023 to under 100 yards and touchdowns
