To me personally, I think that hearing thatose operators a TV motorcycles. Whatever I want my face because I know they're out there enjoying life and having fun.
When I used to live in California we had this great outdoor shooting range, next to a quarry. The quarry shut down, and sold off a lot of their land to developers. Those developers built housing tracks - nearby to the shooting range, and everyone who bought homes there KNEW they were buying a home next to a shooting range...then they started complaining about the noise, then about the environmental impacts, then the safety for their kids - then the shooting range got shut down.
Many drag strips and race tracks have been closed in similar situations. They are built far away from housing areas due to their noise, then developers continue to build closer and closer and then the new homeowners get them shut down because they don't like the noise, despite knowing about it ahead of time.
@@jdc8352 Find a new place farther than the new residents, I'm not speeding, shooting and loitering in your neighborhood, around your sisters and brothers, mother's and father's, son's and daughter's and grandparents!
One of the problems with the ATV ‘s is the noise. Some of them ride by Residential areas at full throttle, sometimes with open pipes. I can hear them over a hundred yards away riding on Camino Verde. They do donuts in the desert behind me, stirring up huge clouds of dirt. Sunday evenings is a popular time for them to ride through the area. Just when most people just want to relax before the work week starts. If you naysayers think its not that bad, have them ride around your area and see if you put up with it.

Get over it! Changes are necessary, take your nuisance activities somewhere else, like your own backyard!
