Really enjoyed this video of the various completed apartments in that part of Nairobi. Thanks for the tour. I remember seeing most of these when they were in the very early stages including groundbreaking and even tried to buy at a couple of them but even the better units (ie floors/view facing) had already sold out. Crazy market. Important to note alot of investment clients buy from same developers immediately they are given advance notice - hence why they sell so fast in early stages. Very hard to buy good units when a good development is nearly finished unless ur lucky. Also something to note in Kenya you cant sell/rent a ‘bedroom’ as a “bedroom” unless it has a washroom/toilet allocated to it - hence descriptions like “1 bedroom plus” which is literally 2 bedroom but just 1 washroom.
@@georgiagunning5533 the Government of Kenya under various laws allow and welcome non-citizens and foreigners overseas to invest in property in Kenya very easily. There’s various videos on this channel and elsewhere that explain the simple process. Karibu.

Great Video. Looks like the property market in Kenya is booming right now
That little sink on the balcony is set up outside for the soul purpose for a washing machine. Many new condos have it in Kenya.
Gosh! I br 7m.
Just one bedroom. I think these will all just be bought by diaspora coz i dont see kenyans giving all that for 1 br
How can a foreigner buy a house in Kenya and not a citizen? Explain
Yes you can buy an apartment and a home that is build inside an estate you own that home once it’s bought from a developer
