My Hungarian husband did the translations there for me.They also treated him roughly and he is Hungarian. It is just a thing they do here to make one feel low.They quoted my husband a price for one little bit of our marriage certificate translation. He yelled at the guy saying it was a scam and paid up front.Went in a couple weeks later to pick the paper up and they reduced the fee and gave him a refund! He had overheard them quoting a man from Romania who needed the except same marriage certificate translation. He was quoted so much less then we were because my papers were from the US and not Romania.My husband raised his voice and told them it was not fair; They must of overheard him and realized he was going to not let it go and report them for scamming people. They have a monopoly on official translations at that office.
