Coffman has built a pretty good name for themselves with the RS1 diff community. It's the only way to go with the RS1. Can't speak to the Pro R stuff though.
Plenty of guys running 37s. Just early model torque limiter failure that I believe they changed as well in 23.5. And then listening to gurus online saying that it wouldn’t do what it’s doing to diffs . lol. But what I did love about this video is the diff PN and I walked right outside to verify mine was 23.5+ 😂
37s are hard on components, we’re not denying that. Facts are facts though, he broke one axle and one torque limiter in the machines like most of which are with the 37s. He deletes the torque limiter and destroys 2 diffs, one in 3 miles. Neither blown diffs were on climbs. Starts breaking more axles because of the diff not locking. He then puts it back to stock and beats the shit out of it this weekend on the same 37s and everything holds up fine.
Good stuff guys!
Thank you!!!

Agree, that reputation played a part in him not hesitating to do this to his Pro R.
😆😅
are you landing under throttle/power? easy way to break diffs.
Not with the torque limiter! 🤣
What cage and tree kickers are you running
FAR Offroad cage and bumpers (his info is in the description) and I believe the kickers are FFR
Do you have to pull the driveshaft to get the ptl out? Or can you just pull it off enough to mmove it out of the way?
All you have to do is undo the carrier bearing on the driveshaft to beable to move it enough out of the way
You think the 37’s are part of the problem? 😂
