Thanks Mick, I always enjoy your thoughtful and straightforward reviews. I have this very same pen with a medium nib. I bought it because I liked the minimalist design and the exposed knob for the converter intrigued me. Certainly a unique and interesting pen design. This pen is comfortable to write with although it is very light. You can feel that in the pen, I don’t think it feels cheap, it just feels light and I typically prefer a heavier pen. With that said this pen is very comfortable to write with either posted or unposted, the fact that the converter is exposed doesn’t affect how it feels in my hand. The opening where the knob is exposed is very smooth, no sharp edges here. The pen writes smoothly too and ink flow is good, not too wet and not too dry.
I did have two issues though, one you mentioned with the threads, they are not great, I often have to back it off and try again before I get it write. Second problem was with the torque filler cap. I pulled the pen apart just to see how everything work and when I the torque filler cap back on the converter, I must not have pushed it on all the way. I filled the pen with ink and as I was screwing the body back on I must have turned the knob. When I went to use the pen the next day the cap have a considerable amount of ink in the cap and it got all over my hands, luckily no where else. If you get this pen make sure the knob is fully seated on the converter. And maybe only fill the pen with the body intact, the way it was intended.
This is a nice looking pen but the cap threading to the body issue kind or ruined it for me. I think this pen is a bit overpriced for what you get and I think you get better value from say a TWSBI Eco. Still, I like the design of the pen overall and it is the only pen I own that has the filling mechanism exposed in the manner. If the pen body and section were a bit thicker and they resolved the cap and body threading issue, then this would be a really nice pen. If you can overlook these issues or they don’t bother you that much, then you will enjoy this pen.

Excellent review, Mick. It looks like a nice pen. The option to fill the converter is perhaps a gimmick but i see it as a nice option.

I have the very same dark blue pen, with the architect nib. It’s pretty, reliable and nice writer.
Calling a captive converter a ‘torque filler’ is a blatantly gimmicky marketing phrase. As is calling the resin those superlatives.
Anyway, I really like the pen. Happy to own it and use it as often as I can. Lamy Safari fans could use a much nicer pen. This is one. Neat, helpful review, as always.

I really like Endless paper products but so far their pens have been problematic. I wouldn’t buy this pen although I’m intrigued by the variety of nib styles available. Endless would be better off making a few “standard” pens and getting them perfected before they take on new ideas for filling systems, etc. Thanks for the review. I really enjoy your video work and the time and thought you put into your work.

Nice looking pen. I wonder: if you write unposted, does the open-end/converter-turner irritate your hand?

For me, it is comfortable to write with either posted or not. I have regular sized hands for a male, I usually wear size large for gloves. I think if you had large hands it might be an issue but the area where the cap is exposed is pretty smooth with no sharp edges. At least on my pen it is. This pen posts deeply and securely but for me is comfortable to write with either way.

@@artfulstationer Thanks for this answer, and for your review below. Both are helpful. The long, thin, well-contoured section is what appeals most, as a break from my thicker (yet entirely comfortable) pens.

@@jimkrieger776 You are welcome. If it helps, I like this section better than most because of the contour. I will say I have not used this pen for a really long writing session but I think it would be fine. Good luck!
