Very good. One quick tip if I may. When you need to assemble a large number of items like that, you can make a simple wood jig to "clamp" together the first three or four pieces while you glue them and nail them. Rather than trying to awkwardly hold two or three pieces by hand while you air nail them together. With a jig you can slide all four sides in place then nail them all at once. Then release and do the next one.

Типичное конвеерное производство. Их, как обезьян в цирке, научили забивать гвозди. Этого достаточно. Главное, чтобы погонщик был достаточно тупой, и не позволял модернизировать производство.

Nice video detailing rough construction and finishing of the hung array cabinets. Wonder what brand these will be used for and what drivers will end up inside? At 15:30 that sander sure needs a vacuum hose! OSHA would have a field day there!

Why is the 10” and wires ect. not mounted/finished?
It is cheaper for JBL to have the boxes made off site. Most of the time the speakers are shipped using a different method because of the powerful magnets. Once they get to where they are going to be distributed. The final assembly will happen then before being shipped off to a dealer.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks to me like they made a whole bunch of cabinets with horn tweeters and a hole for a woofer... and then didn't actually install any woofers. What exactly is this? 😕

Beatiful work BUT why did you call it a Bass array???? This are full range speakers, also what stop the 10 drive from over lapping sound, 10's ussual have about 100 degree despersion which mean that each speaker will over lap in upper registeries creating comb filtering, this was the whole point of the invention of line array was to have the speaker beam [flood light vs spot light] so that each light was shaped in way where there is uniform coverage but zero over lap to stop comb filtering. .could be wrong but it doesnt seem your cabs adress this [the horn driver seems to ]
Also noted no crossover or bass driver. Or identifying company logos, so I guess they only make the bare box. I wonder how much design has gone into the cabinet as far as dispersion angles, wave coupling, nodes and comb filtering? I see no internal baffling, porting or wave guides of any sort. Like "Solkinar" I too suspect these are a pretty cheap box and will not perform very well!
I would guess these are a pretty low end cabinet so they are probably less concerned about the audio quality.

What plywood is being used? If it's not Baltic birch or marine grade plywood and obviously not MDF I would question the quality of these speakers.

I realize this is a cost saving project but a lot of omitted stuff is essential. First, that box is gonna ring like a drum, and likely rattle or buzz. No panel bracing, no front to back, no baffle enhancement around the woofer, no corner blocking. I wouldn’t hang more than 2, maybe 3 deep with that hardware design and certainly not above humans. It probably wouldn’t even be legal in most venues. What bass driver is the box designed to use? Seeing the simple ports, the empty shipping, I would assume it’s not tested with any driver. Without addressing these things, it’s not going to be accepted by many customers. The real stuff is expensive for good reasons.
