Nice back bro and i love the message I was thinking the same thing, have been in the gym like crazy lately for this reason, doin dips listening to dis 😂
Whoever says "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me," wasn't raised by a father who paired violent physical abuse with psychological abuse, using such words as "You were born to be my slave," and "You're too stupid to teach," and "This is so easy a monkey could figure it out, but you can't," and "You'll never amount to anything." *But those who are quick to say "you're verbally assaulting me" tend to be the people who rarely face verbal abuse, and never learned how to counter it, only how to emulate those who are most effective at dishing it out.* I'm still de-programming myself after I was raised as an Antebellum-style farm slave, and spent most of my life arguing and physically fighting to retain shreds of safety and sanity. Even though I physically and mentally triumphed over my dad, I kept seeking out abusive mentors, abusive women, and self-serving "leaders/bosses." Why? Because some of dad's "lessons" became my internal monologue. It's taken years of serious effort and lots of bible study to de-program the bullshit, and return to my two best mentors (Jesus, and the writer/language teacher he sent my way in high school). More effort and study is required. My body is still recovering from a self-defense encounter years ago that damaged my brain, so I've become very aware of the need for physical fitness to maintain mental health. The fight/flight/freeze instincts rule our mental health, and are largely governed by leg and back health. Your brain also factors in your reaction time, reflexes, and skills whenever it's calculating stressful situations. If your body has atrophied, been broken, or it's never been trained, you *will* suffer from more anxiety and mental health issues. But remember: words, especially your own words about yourself, can harm you by programming your thoughts away from the directives of The Word.

He also told us about how the reason for which people are so focused on proving their identities and labels to others around them and essentially forcing them to "accept them for who they are" is because, in reality, these people dont have an identity, so these ideas are essentially what they live for and what defines their being. And just as you said, of course they will be fuming if you disagree with their ideas. Thank you for the amazing and enlightening video Mister Greek Warrior!
