well this was just a very pleasant show all around. nice fun couple and Nicki one of the best presenters the houses were what each one asked for in turn and over budget with the land but not too horribly much and the last one was perfect!

I thought they'd go for house 2: the aspects into the garden and the privacy were so much nicer than the mystery house, where half of the living spaces had giant picture windows... into a gravel yard. Only the one window in the sitting room had any view or greenery. (To say nothing of a daft master bathroom.)

#2 beautiful home, good fit, no neighbors on top on them. It's a pretty setup.
#3 close neighbors, pretty home, price closer to budget hopefully negotable.

It seems so bizarre: they are being shown this beautiful property and the woman is being so nit picky.
I wonder if they made it in time to sell their house before somebody else snatched it up ? ; ))
Didnt like any of the houses.... seems #2 was better. I agree with him...love character..traditional.
Only four bedrooms, need five, and acreage extra, but with no stable, so the cost would be far above their budget of 900,000 pounds...........And for the other two, again, no stable for horses.
I was more concerned that the horses have shady trees and comfy stables?? No second lounge big enough for all the family? Why didnt they look at other places near her parents? Better value for money. Kent expensive!

It's OK to be happy, but not a constant giggling. It's almost annoying. 😅😂

It is quite possible the "giggling" is actually his nervousness being on camera. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Frankly -- he better have some humor to offset the rather deprecating remarks she directs at him.
