These are by far the best mermaid tails I've ever seen. They don't look like legs in a suit--they look real

Yeah, pretty much the only time the illusion is broken is when they do a forward flip and you can see the rigid legs. (Because obviously they can't bend backwards.)
I've always admired how much work was put into this show to make it look as real as possible. If you look at any other mermaid movie or show, nothing matches the realism of H2O! Pure quality! Miss it! 🐠🐟

@Glockiana17 I think siren and h20 are a equal in how realistic the tails look. The biggest difference is the whole “siren” and “mermaid” thing. Siren is a lot more realistic versus what you see about sirens. The whole structure is alluring and frightening at the same time. They not only did the tail but the hands and the body. H20 just did the tails but they did it magnificently. They look realistic. If you’d think of what a mermaid tail should look like you’d definitely think of these tails. Both were amazingly done☺️

These tails are like no other. They are unique and beautiful. I think it’s cool how there so thick and long that they just flow naturally and have so much power without needing much at all. They don’t even use traditional mono fins which is also diffrent. Also love how the scales all look so realistic.

Well the tails were made to last, so touching them shouldn't really make a difference.

Those tails don’t bend by the knees, they really are made with so much thought, it almost nearly is perfect. But what I don’t get is, even after almost 18 years still there are no mermaid tails that don’t bend at the knees or at least gets anywhere near this level of quality. Thank you for making this show so good.
H2O has the most beautiful, realistic tails out of any mermaid show or movie. Period.

To this day best mermaid show ever. This show got me through my childhood. I remember watching it when it aired with my other mermaid sisters when I was like 7. 🙌Best show ever.🙌 all the feels🙌 I STAN H2O🙌
Wow! It takes 2 to 4 days for 2 people to scale an entire mermaid tail and they used 5 for the show with the girls of different types, that's incredible to know after loving watching the show so many times over the years of my life.
well there's the 3 girls in season one, then Charlotte, then Bella, but there was also a scene where it showed Bella as a little kid with the tail so that means they had to make one for her too
