Cedar Point HalloWeekends 2023 (plus Top Thrill 2 construction)

Here are highlights of a weekend visit to Cedar Point's HalloWeekends. I was eager to see the progress of Top Thrill 2 in person, with the spike now much more visible as it towers above the fences.
