It is so amazing hearing Fred, the guitarist for fucking TBS talking about these experiences as if he isn't amongst the greats himself. He's so humble and how refreshing it is to see someone like him describe these experiences as if he were just one of us. Makes you realize that he is one of us. Great stories, Fred, thanks for sharing.

My favorite set I saw you play was when you played with Jimmy Eat World but the craziest show I saw you play was when you combined your tour with MCR in Reno so it was Underoath, Rise Against, TBS, and then MCR played the Black Parade all the way through and then a normal set of the rest of their stuff. Amazing show.

He got up on one of the corner bar tables and straight up started kicking over bottles all while executing more than one TBS song perfectly hahah! You guys stole that show. More TBS /THURSDAY shows would be sick. Bubble boy mosh it up if we all have to. need live music. Have you guys ever played or toured with Hot Water Music? they rule

Playing to nobody is hilarious. You just gotta laugh. Years ago my band went up to the Twin Cities, the closing band had a pretty big following, but they asked us if we wanted to swap and close the show so they could get on the road. We agreed. Everybody left after that band played. The soundman got us setup and then went outside for a smoke, so we played to literally zero people. We just laughed and goofed off while playing our set. Definitely memorable.

I’d love to hear your “most impactful concerts you’ve seen” next! It would be really neat to hear what concerts you thought were amazing before being in a band and what you concerts you enjoy after TBS. (or maybe after touring yourself it ruined seeing shows for you, I’d love to hear that too!). My heart stopped thinking about what it would be like to play in front of all those people in your home town.
