The real difference I picked up from both your version and whoever did the ink work on the cover was that you used both a different color temperature light source and a different positioning of the light source. Still an excellent use of both light and shading that gives both of them a distinctly different look from each other. I look forward to the next one. Keep up the great work!

I like your version better!! Your highlights really make the image "pop" more and "come to life" more than the cover. I'm always so impressed with your highlighting, that's my favorite aspect of your work/coloring style, plus your videos are entertaining not only because you're an amazing artist, but because you're funny and your personality makes your videos much more fun to watch. I really enjoy watching these. Use some colored pencils next time or completely add a background to one of them...show what all you could do with a simple coloring book. Great videos though.
Would love to see you take on a Moon Knight drawing or coloring. There is such a large variance in concepts for him that it would be really interesting to see your take on the character.

I like your version of Batman when compared to the cover. You show more light and contrast. I am trying to develop a mind's eye for seeing light and shadow for painting in watercolor. Your gift for creating depth and color contrast from a flat surface is very much appreciated.
I just wanted to say that you have about the BEST shadowing and depth I have ever seen on a drawing. Don't get me wrong a lot of artists have fantastic shadowing but your just completely blew me away and I had to come for more I love your shadowing, keep up the good work ☺💓

We know you're good at coloring but you're forgetting something really important. Pro markers aren't meant to be used on these papers. *CRAYONS* are the way to go! Try to challenge yourself a bit.
You should do a series of these with no talking, just the music. Not that your voice is bad or anything, but the part with just the music was super relaxing.

My request is to turn a coloring book page of a manga you can print off the internet and turn it into something worthy enough to be on the cover.
Who's the best superhero is subjective because each superhero embodies an aspect of one's self. When I feel like I'm the underdog who can't catch a break I like Spider-Man. When I feel like the world isn't fare and I need to show a degree of grit I like Batman. when I need inspiration to be better than what I think is myself I like Superman. Each hero offers a valid view point on life at a certain time.
I don’t care what anyone says , especially if there trying to critique your style of art. Your clearly stating what it is you are doing and what your trying to accomplish. Anyone that’s an Artist or trying to get into it, should already know the reason you go into an art store and they have several different art book it is for a reason. With that being said ,your making me want to buy some coloring books and try this challenge. I know it can’t be that easy to get the effect you want on that type of paper. This is also a great thing to learn on if your not up to par with the foundations of based coloring. Learning to have fun while you learn to mix colors and try new things on an art book that’s already prepared for you. I think your videos are interesting, fun and full of life, compared to many other videos I’ve see that are boring drawn out and telling you as to a pose of saying trying this or try that method it may help. I’ve seen videos that people are “Do this if you want your art to look good, otherwise it’ll look like crap” Art is supposed to be fun and a passion you have and to express yourself however you see art. Keep up the good work and to any other artists out there keep drawing with passion don’t let anyone try and rob you of your glory and to try putting out your flame🔥...I would like to see more of your coloring book videos especially ones with DBZ characters 👍🏼

Tim Clapp, I think none of us had even an Idea of shading or that quality marker as a kid. So go for stay inside the lines was/is(?) challenging enough 😉 But I remember that I rarely used felt tip markers in coloring books. Coloring Pencil was my approach most of the time. Lucky me there is no evidence of my vandalizing left 🤫😅
