I got mine! When I first sprayed it on I didn’t like it. But I didn’t wash it off. So about a hour later it smelled really good. So I’m going to let mine sit for a couple of weeks and it should be ready to wear. 😆

Please tell me if bdk velvet tonka is a 100 on the medicinal scale, this shaghaf is a 10. I could not stand velvet tonka. It smelled like a very elderly person with a lot of muscle rub because of his back pain.

Did you manage to find it? If not you can now buy it directly from the Swiss Arabian UK store. I bought mine from Arabian Fragrance Shop UK (just type the shop names in your browser and they will come up). Filter on Swiss Arabian store by Shaghaf Oud line or, on Arabian Fragrance Shop by brands, then Swiss arabian. It's cheaper on AFS and they do include a scent strip and allow returns if you aren't keen on the scent strip and don't open the main bottle. Hope that helps. 🙏🏼

Something like DHP could work well. Ganymede will get attention. MFK Grand Soir or Oud Satin Mood will be great. Amir One is amazing too. Nishant Ani or Hacivat might do the job as well. Arabian Oud Sultani/Amiri could be special.

Funnily, cinnamon adds warmth and sweetness to a fragrance more than a spice factor. 😊
