Hey Awesome Beach Bream Fishing video Sticky Fishy Fishing !! Keep up the amazing work Sticky Fishy Fishing !! Thanks for the hard work and dedication you put into making these awesome videos for us Sticky Fishy Fishing !! Cheers William !!
Doubles! I had a great week up here, two PBs, Thumping mofo Bream, "Black Bass," Hhahaaha and the Stonkingest Salmon on 3Kg with My brand new 9'6" Daiwa seabass rod which was fresh from Freddys tackle, cast a Wriggler Prawn a mile, snapped it the same afternoon I scored it, spewing already. I blame You for making Me so Psyched to fish, Ahahahaha! You Beauty SFF. Unreal stuff Matey, best sessions thanks.
Love your videos sticky. Learnt so much from you you're a legend man. Was fishing on one mile today and got a salmon, dart and small flathead. Fun session
me again just commented on the split ring pliers in another video . this time i cant find that 4-7kg power surf rod either maybe they dont make it anymore , i like the way that rod worked even on the good salmon . keep it up mate i am re watching some of your videos that i have watched before cos i dont get to the salt water very often so i have to make do just watching videos .
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾, I live in Bowral and its freezing this time of year and waiting for the wamer weather to get amongst the Bass , keep up the fishing its keeps my interest up , thanks again really enjoy the program !!.
Well done. Love surf fishing, its great even if you get nothing. My PB bream was out of a surf gutter in Wanda. You shoulda kept something to eat though. Cheers
Great fun and great info as usual. The dart are great eating, very fine, sweet flesh. Just fillet and skin, then cut into nugget sized pieces, egg and bread crumb, shallow fry and bingo fish nuggets, love 'em!
Mullet gut is awesome bream bait fresh unfrozen gut is deadly on bream best bream I've ever caught was 54 cm ! I used a whole piece from a huge mullet ! The hard onion was as big as a golf ball ! The soft gutty part was very thick and long 15 cm or so. There was so much structure where I was fishing outside and in the water. Heaps of muscle beds ! Used a 7 foot Shimano snapper overhead rod with a Sweedish made Abu Garcia 6000 overhead reel with 20 pound platypus line. Had no sinker just a Mustad 3/0 suicide hook. Let out lots of line after casting that gut bait was so easy to cast ! Saw the rod make a slight twitch, picked it up and waited reel in free running. Waited for ages then slowly wound up the slack and then like a torpedo this bream took off ! Had to give it lots of stick to get it away from a wall going out into the water and steer it away from muscles! Got it to the top and I started shaking in so much excitement seeing the size of this absolute cracker! This bream was whacking it's tail very hard on the water never had a bream do this before. Saw blood coming out got him in ! Couldn't get over the size for a while ! This cracker bream had hit that massive mullet gut in one go ! 20 cm of line was down inside the beast ! I decided to keep it because it would of died. When I opened it up to clean it, had 3 half unbroken muscle shells in there ! Haven't caught any more monsters like this! 6 years later, I've caught 6 50 to 51 cm fish. Mullet gut makes it's own burley. I've caught snapper, flathead, tarwhine, mud crabs, blue swimmer crabs and Jewfish with it. Very good bait at night for flathead, bream and even a jewfish. Biggest Jewfish caught on this dynamite bait 15 kg. When that Jewfish took off it burnt my thumb in free spool on a lever drag reel ! Like catching heaps of different fish but just love fishing for bream !
Love the vid mate, have you thought about doing a video where you just sit down and explain some of the rigs you use? They seem to go alright and I’d love to get some better rigs to put on my rod.
Pretty interesting how the pippies are empty where you are, is it normal for that beach because when I find pippies down here in Narooma they are full but there is not many. Great video too
I am at port Stephens yeah just seems to be that one beach where they are like that the pippis the other beaches they are good pippis thanks mate cheers 👍
Love your vids mate, keep up the great work! i'm getting back into a little surf fishing and love a light surf rod, kicked myself when i gave my old butterworth to a friend, caught the most fish on it, but now i finally replaced it with something much nicer, a daiwa sandstorm 12' 3-6kg and for now a daiwa fuego 4000, wanting a Aird 5500 when my local gets them in but, they look good for the long cast. It's a really nice rod but yet to catch me a fish, but only been away once, so it's forgiven, lol
@@stickyfishyfishing Sweet as :-) tbh mate my brother passed away 4 yrs ago and i sold some of his heavy boat gear recently and a really heavy beach setup, he has funded all my light setups, i also have a couple of aird reels, a 2500 and a 3000, also got the rods to match, a 7' 1-5 and a 7' 4-7, they are all virgins but i am hitting narooma for my brothers bday in march and hope to break them all in... Thank you and back at ya, cheers.
@@RevIt66sorry to hear about your brother mate have a good time at Norooma mate hopefully you get to break in the new rods and catch some fish for your brother cheers 👍
@@stickyfishyfishing thanks heaps mate, i miss him heaps, tbh i havn't done much fishing since he has gone because he was my fishing partner, but got good mates at moruya and tuross and taking a nice chickie down interested in fishing so we will have a great time and with local knowledge should catch something, lol. Cheers
Hey I live a port Stephens the entrance is a hour and half from here mate so I just fish around here every thing I need to catch is here witch is good but they is plenty fish at the entrance to catch mate but if I am ever down that way I will try it out cheers 👍
Yeah I have it just loose but not to loose just enough so if I hook a good fish can't take line with out it breaking and yeah tighten a bit when fighting a fish 👍
I commend the not keeping many bream, most guys will go catch close to their limit and call it a day, bream are superrr slow growing and taking a bucket full only really hurts the ecosystem but taking 2 or 3 can always be fun
My rod and reel information is in the description below you can use a kmart rod but the reels don't last long if get wet or sand in them better off going to a tackle shop and spending a bit more on something that will last longer 👍
@@stickyfishyfishing thanks. I know it's not gonna last long but im more wondering about the casting power of the rod. Because it seems kmart rod cant cast that far out. I got 1 combo from bcf for $60. I havent tried expensive ones tho. Thought gonna ask about the difference before i spend $$$.
Sticky Fishy Fishing I live in Sydney. I wanna go to Stanwell Park beach for surf fishing. I have 30lp braided line and size 2 star sinker. Set up the rig a bit similar to yours.
@@moonson20 yeah mate that should be fine for salmon on the beach 30lb braid and 30lb leader 4/0 gang hookand a hole pillchard should catch them maybe go to a size 4 star sinker with that line size to cast out more I use size 2 on 10lb line and size 4 on 20lb to 50lb 👍
Yo Sticky Sticky, What size hook are you using in dat vid bro? and how heavy pound is your leader? Can you show us how to locate a gutter and how you find find pipis?

Nice vid Ricky and great to see those Pilchards doing what they’re meant to do after a few outings 👍🏻
Thanks yeah the pillchard are going good Caught a few fish on them now cheers 👍
Another great video mate, keep them coming, You live in such a beautiful place I have family at Soldiers Point and love fishing the area
Thanks mate yeah is a nice place to live and fish cheers 👍
Same when using cockles for bait carefully take out the hard fleshy part off the shell. Cockles are deadly bait for bream, tarwhine and big whiting.
Love your content mate keep it up! Never thought about salting mullet gut, have to give it a go
Thanks mate yeah stays on the book better cheers 👍
@@stickyfishyfishing I sometimes get a whole mullet and use the fillets for slab baits and throw away the guts 🤦♂️won't be doing that anymore
