Hey I know you! 😁 Apparently you can also drink Kool-aid during the winter, didn't know that was even legal.🤣 Thanks for watching and leaving a comment, always appreciated!
Oddly enough the price of Kool-aid packets has actually lagged behind over-all inflation. A $.05 pack in 1958 should cost around $.51 today, but still sells for around $.30 a packet. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment, always appreciated!
1976 Kool-Aid man seems a bit sinister, especially in light of the fact that that was the same year the Jonestown agricultural commune was founded. OH YEAH!! -too dark? :o
@@danielvidal7163 Interesting. I guess the obscurity of that brand lead to the Kool-Aid misconception. Jim Jones can't even offer a name brand product, but instead resorts to generic brand when massacring his legion of followers? What a cheapskate!
If you think that version of the Kool-aid man is bad, go check out the 1970's Potato Head Mascot that's in a couple commercials, truly nightmare fuel...🤣 Thanks for watching and leaving a comment, always appreciated!

The 70s one looks so fun to make!
Bet that was an weird/fun set to be on!😁

@@SofaSurferExtraordinaire np!
The 70’s was the second to the 80’s in most fun decade, at least in my opinion.
90's commercial reminds me how rap used to be so utilized to get hip with kids. I kind of miss him being in the Hawaiian shirt though.
Gotta stay hip to the young peoples sitch! 😂
Thanks again for dropping by and leaving comments!
@@SofaSurferExtraordinaire thanks. 90s is the embodiment of that.
Kool Aid, KoolAid, tastes great! Kool aid, KoolAid, can’t wait! Summer memories!

Help- I wasn’t ready for that outro-

My babysitter exclusively served us Kool-Aid
Sounds like a great babysitter, I don't remember mine serving anything! 🤣
sounds like somebody said oh shit 2:16
That's what I was thinking. 🤣
If a gient talking pitcher of red drink came crashing through my roof, I would be like OH SHIT
I love me some kool-aid😂😂😂
Wow 5 cents, if only stuff was still that cheap
It's all relative, average income was less than $5000 a year in 1958.
I used to drink this sort of juice when I was going to school! 😂 😋
It's not juice, it's artificial, lab-created flavorings in a packet.
I love how all the kool aid commercials are very “of their time.”

They didn't actually drink Kool-Aid at Jonestown, it was Flavor-Aid. Common misconception.

I believe the kid in the 1976 ad is Rob Lowe. The girl is now famous too but I forgot who she is.
The 70s one look scary af

Well he was more of the mascot in at that time in comparison to Kool Aid Man, or Pitcher Man as he was once called.
