    It's not perfect, but it gives interesting--if not accurate--results. It maintains the "style" but when using this sref on established character creations, the results are far from the original base image. Perhaps the upcoming cref will work better. Now what I mean by "far from the original image" is that the style is "enhanced" not "original". For example, the original image is soft "concept art" flavored by scifi/cyber. The resulting image has a hard "glow" that's way different than the "accented" neon reference in the prompt.

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  4 месяца назад +1

      Yeah, it's definitely a step forward . I do look forward to the consistent characters feature they're working on, that'll be interesting

    Thanks for all your videos, fantastic. Quick question, is it possible to have an image that you want to apply a style to (example a picture of your cat of dog), then add a style reference image, to that image, and get a result that looks like your pet in the style that you have chosen? If yes, how to do you do this on the Midjourney website?

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  4 месяца назад

      Using this feature as the tutorial goes you can do that - however I don't believe its available on the alpha website yet sorry

    What are tips in using my own brush strokes and the way I draw to stronger Influence the end result?

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  4 месяца назад

      I would use this method, to match your style try to get as many similar images as you can for it. If you want it to use the layout you made, Id use Leo ardo Ai's image guidance and edge to imagetl to replicate the layout.

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  3 месяца назад

      Midjourney will typically be a little creative with it. You can experiment with adding it as an image prompt also? Maybe even add ::5 directly after (no space) the url of the image prompt to max the image weight. It may not work but worth a try

    Not entirely impressed yet. Some styles simply don't convert well as a reference.

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  4 месяца назад

      I do think there's an element of the style.being converted to a text description and then added to the prompt in a way (purely a theory) as I often find elements from image prompts also turn out more like a description of an i.age used and not the image itself. Hopefully this improves in time too
