I was born & raised in Winchester KY & Daniel Boone National Forest started right on the edge of our town. Those woods were always creepy to me & I've heard many stories of scary things lurking in those woods & in the Boonesboro River that runs through them. Like the story about the catfish that lays right below the dam & is bigger than a Volkswagen Beetle & can swallow a man whole!!
I lived in the part of the forest thirty min outside of Morehead around cave run lake but still like a twenty min drive away for a month in 2019, had a great time. Though at first I did go to a portion gurney south outside berea. I set up my camp and had left my phone charging in my car about a ten min walk away. When i went back to collect the phone and secure my car, everything was normal except for my phone cable missing. Not sure what may have occurred, but I went and packed up everything and went north an hour or however far it is to where I stayed for a month. No idea what occurred at that first location but it did creep me out and I never found that cable so something definitely took it. Just strange that's the only thing that was missing. Place I ended up staying was awesome though, was near tater knob firewatch tower
I lived in the DBNF for most my teens, and my mom and I had an unexplainable encounter driving to town one night. Mysterious blue orbs of light followed our car. There are no street lights, homes, or anything where this happened. Creepy stuff.

When i heard "Day Ridge Monster", i knew it was McCreary County (KY), my hometown, at the furthest edge of the DBNF. There's a park about 15 minutes north of Day Ridge called Alpine. It's part of the USFS and the DBNF Stearns Ranger District. I used to park there along an old slab of the original US-27, which runs through the DBNF. I would back my tractor trailer in and curl up for 10 hours. Sometimes, id hear all kinds of weird noises. Other rimes, I'd hear nothing but occasional traffic on 27. My dashcam caught some odd stuff whilst i was parked there.
The cat story was really creepy. In our old apartment, my dog used to get up from laying down sometimes and walk over to a corner, growling and staring at nothing. Now i wonder if there was something there we couldn't see but she could

I like to listen to Darkness Prevails when I want to hear about other mythologies / religious beliefs (Native Americans, and so on), and creepy work stories. But I'm sure there are "Angels", "devine entities", "Angel vs. Demon"- channels, just like you said. 😊
If you like the idea of listening to stories about entities that you'd never want to run into in a dark alley, then angels should be at the top of your list! I, for one, would love to hear stories about Biblically accurate angels on this channel. Many angels are probably more terrifying to behold than any demon.

Idk the rest of the story but definitely effed up stuff happens in that area of CT.. something in the water is what my friend was just saying today coincidentally 😅
Dainel Boone once ran 100 miles in 3 days through the forest that bears his namesake to protect his settlement from the Indians. The men of this century couldn't hold a candle to him. I bet he wasn't afraid of anything in that forest.
