    It's a sparkler. . Isn't plasma fun ! Nice experiments.

    How much voltage you used

    • @IurisWorkshop
      @IurisWorkshop  5 лет назад

      I don’t remember exactly now. But judging by the effect, the voltage was within 20-40 kilovolts.

      @@IurisWorkshop no it is not possible within 20-40k volt

      @@RCInvention If you know better, then why ask me ... ;)
      I use a power source in which I can control the magnitude of the high voltage. The magnitude of the high voltage I select experimentally for each experiment. Therefore, I can’t say exactly what voltage was used in this or that experiment. More than a year has passed since then.

    The small square card you placed over magnet in the end, is it only to make the spark more visible or another purpose ?

    • @IurisWorkshop
      @IurisWorkshop  6 лет назад

      The main task of this square card is to isolate the magnet from the arc because the magnet is too close. The black color of the Teflon insulator is chosen to be better seen.

    It's interesting to know that a plasma rotates in a magnetic field.

      Maybe would hurt, but actually not a lot. More like a big static shock and lasts longer
