Thought this would be a good video to give you guys some snack ideas that are lower syn and calorie so you can more of an idea of what foods you can enjoy on slimming world or just healthier eating.

I used to love Flumps and rainbow drops as a kid love the mint Skinny whips, Nakd bars and Hartleys jelly pots also fibre one Birthday cake bars are unreal! 😄👏🎉

Hi Lydia, fibre ones, skinny whips and skinny crunches are less syns than the calories calculate because of the fibre content as far as I’m aware! So the skinny whips are 4.5 syns each, fibre ones are 4 syns and the skinny crunch are 2 for a B or 3 syns each. Can’t wait to try the flump lollies! X
