I think you should do some research on nutrition... seems like you’re a little clueless. I doubt that 1200 kcal is a healthy deficit for your age, weight and height. I genuinely think you’d benefit from doing your research! Under eating (1000 kcal for a day as an example) you’ll cause your body to hold onto the fat and it’s counter intuitive... just because it’s a certain amount of low calories or 0 kcal doesn’t make the food healthy. Would have made more sense if you ate the blueberries over the ‘99 kcal’ skinny whip bar. Just a thought,
The key is to add calorific light but nutritionally dense foods, so you are satiated after eating a meal. Small meals every 3 hours is the key. Vegetables are your friend. Eating cheese is not great for a diet because it’s satuated fat and high in calories.
