Adding studies turn your opinion into a strong argument. Please continue. I do train my core for riding but until now only for a better feeling. Did not know it improves reaction time. Thanks!

Appreciate the feedback! Studies are limited, but I'll keep digging for them 🙌

Enjoyed it! Definitely keep adding studies. I'm familiar with the concept from doing nutrition research. Very helpful!

Well said! Also, backing up your comments with “data” is always a good thing.

Appreciate the feedback mate! Motorcycling can be so subjective at times, I was surprised there was even "data" that I could even use 😅

    Good tips.
I actually think all of those are important and should be practiced, but the one that got my attention here is the one you don't hear much about:
How your hands and fingers grip the handlebar grips.
I first learned about gripping as shown in your video from an article in Dirt Bike magazine back in either 1983 or 1984 written by Gary Bailey, father of multi-time MX and Supercross champ David Bailey.
I had been riding motorcycles for two or three years by that point, thought it made sense, immediately incorporated this into my riding, and before long it was an automatic habit that I still have today.
As for adding scientific info into your videos, I don't have a problem with it although I think some will take issue if it's written or spoken in scientific lingo or jargon.
It may put some off from listening to or reading it.

Ooo nice! Miss the days of having magazines, used to read quite a few. Everything is on RUclips these days haha. And appreciate the feedback! Maybe I can work on simplifying the lingo for folks 👌
